  1. One of the true icons in baseball. I cried a bit when I heard of his passing. That happened only one other time when The Mick died. His humor made you forget about losing. He put life in perspective that baseball is fun and the greatest game ever played.

  2. Just a bit outside…,
My favorite car rides were always listening to Bob call the Brewers games! Nothing like it. 👍😊⚾️

  3. I live in Milwaukee. Every time I listened to Uecker on the radio broadcasting Brewer games I felt like he was my constant friend. It felt he was talking to US and also felt like he was talking ME. It could be a 15-2 game in the 8th inning and I would still listen because it was the most entertaining hilarious time that he would broadcast. I already miss him so much. Funniest man to ever broadcast games. We here in Milwaukee lost a true friend to all of us.

  4. My condolences to all of baseball and the state of Wisconsin from a White Sox fan. Everyone loved the guy. I could listen to his stories all day. True Legend. 😢

  5. I think this is the best analogy of Bob Uecker I’ve heard since he passed. I never heard him calling a Brewers game to be honest (except what I’ve heard in the tributes). I knew who he was from Carson, and those great Miller Lite commercials and the Major League franchise. He made me laugh so much. Although he was blessed with 90 years, I will miss him. Thank you Bob Uecker.

  6. A friend of a friend got us a tour of the boxes during a game in the early 2000's and we walked in on the broadcast. Watching Bob Uecker live on air is a memory I get to have forever.

  7. "AND THAT'S BALL 8" im only 39 snd major league was the first i ever seen of bon eucker and loved him ever since!!! RIP

  8. “You can’t say that!”…….ahhhh nobody’s listening anyway……🤣🤣🤣

  9. I think Mr Ueckers headstone should read something like “I’m not really gone, I’m Juuuust a bit outside” RIP Legend.

  10. What a wonderful interview. Speaking of regional games, I dread the day when Buck Martinez won’t be in the booth for Blue Jay games.
