Watched Shaun fluff the 147 in the semi finals so I was rooting for him in the final , and to get the 147 and the Paul Hunter trophy. , a brilliant final and a great final interview from Shaun.
I'll bet he won't win again for a while.
I honestly thought these days were behind him. He seemed more concentrated on commentary. Then I sat there and saw him destroy Robertson and thought, the magician is back.
To be fair that is some forehead Murphy's got.
It couldn't have gone to a less deserving figure, still that'll stop him whinging for a few days. Murphy is the most obnoxious clown in snooker.

Great win, well done, i love how Shaun and Jimmy both signed up with Peter Ebdon, just shows the respect they both had for the granite of a player he was. love him or hate him. super difficult to beat.
He absolutely smashed it all week. Well deserved. He's always been very talented but inconsistent – even in a match he'd be flying and then miss a few and go out. On form he is a handle for anyone.
All these old guys bagging titles might give Ronnie the kick in the pants he needs

kyren was bit childish in his loss.saying im world champ and shawn is old now im young etc.dont think he is that good anyway .not better than shawn .neil or mark alan on form yet he thinks him n trump are out on their own thats nonsence.
Winning this Masters tournament was great, but how this man only has one world championship to his name is a complete mystery. His game has three time champion written all over it.
Shaun Murphy was the best player all week, he played some of the best snooker on the biggest stage in every round and deserved to win.

I didnt like Kyrens attitude at the end of the game when talking to Rob Walker at all. Came across as a petulant sore loser. He might be 33 but the true greats like ROS, Hendry , Davis and J Higgins were winning most of the triple crowns when they were 15 years younger! What a B-end.

Kyren was way too cocky after beating Judd. Judd played CRAP and gifted Kyren an easy win in my opinion. Fair play to Kyren for nearly scraping it back but the better man won. I think Shaun is much better.
7:11 that's radii guy makes the most bizarre noises at times… that noise would be appropriate if someone had told you where like your keys were found or how to solve a puzzle… is it just me or does that noise just not at all match shaun's comment. I've seen him do it a few times – look out for it , it's very strange. He did the most OBSCENE introduction to the final as well.. it was like someone had put a rocket up his arse… it was just WEIRD.
