Stop OVERTHINKING Your Backswing #golf #golftips #dewsweepertv #golf
Here are three effective drills designed specifically to improve the position at the top of your backswing!
If you find yourself struggling with a lifted club that’s twisted across the line, or if you simply can’t seem to get the club and your hands positioned on plane and in the right spot that feels comfortable for you, then these drills could be just what you need to help you out!
The first drill is a visual cue that will guide you on where the arm and club need to travel during your swing. This visual aid will allow you to better understand the correct path and positioning.
The second drill focuses on getting your shoulders into the proper posture, which is essential for allowing the arm to more easily externally rotate.
This adjustment will make a significant difference in your overall swing mechanics.
Finally, the third drill involves taking the club away and learning to rotate your trail arm correctly so that you achieve better positioning at the top of your backswing!
By practicing these three drills, you will likely notice improvements in your swing and overall golf game.

When you are standing behind him he is dumping the club off. He didn’t in the other swings
Modern overcoaching, looks pretty but is it any good for that individual? Eamon Darcy and Jim Furyk would smash that stick with their backswing, yet both were brilliant golfers in their time.
