Great hybrid, how about doing a video comparing 430 hybrid to 425 & 410 hybrids – just to see if it is time for an upgrade. I would expect little difference between 425 and 430 but maybe there is a real difference between 410 & 430
Never see any reviews on the Cleveland Halo XL2 hybrids or the Hywood. Having had both, the Cleveland is far more forgiving and just as good, if not better. You should review the new Cleveland range…
Love my g430 4 hybrid. Out of all the hybrids I tested, this one was easily my fav.
Unable to trust it… the face is too close for my, the ball is very straight…. And left… easy to hit… but (for me) not reliable in tight shot… I currently try the Callaway… much better (for me). My driver is Ping G430 LST and my irons are the l230… and the new wedges are the best ever for me… but the Hybrid !🫣
Currently use the whole set of these hybrids. Currently about a 4 handicap but I find these type of hybrids helping me out in tough situations wayyy better than what my irons couldn’t do. Maybe a good video to do in the future would be to compare 6 & 5 irons to 6 & 5 hybrids with a low launch and stiff/extra stiff shaft to see if it’s a great alternative to low handicap golfers that don’t hit their shots too far?
first shot almost a slice… second one almost a hook! this my issue… in the sand trap twice! 🙂 with 5 shots… may be one close to the green! 😉
Bought a G430 4 hybrid a couple months ago. I haven't been hitting it great but that's more user error than anything 🙂
For me Ping hybrids and fairway woods are hook monsters, and none of the cog adjustments seem sufficient to eliminate that. I wonder if they have some sort of internal weighting that makes them draw-biased. I don't need any help hitting a draw.
What shaft and flex was in this vid? Stock length?
