This is just a simple thought to have the next time you start your warm up practice routine when getting to the golf course driving range. I see so many people go out to the range to warm up for their round of golf and start with these full shots or grab driver as their first club to hit. If this is you, then this is very important tip to consider.

I want golfers to remain loose when they hit a golf ball. This means that their hands and arms should be very relaxed when they hit the golf ball. If you are the opposite or tight when you hit the ball, then you are not letting the golf club move as fast as possible and it will become inconsistent. This all starts from the first shots that you hit when getting to the golf course.

Next time you get to the course, then start with a few easy shots to start your warm up routine. Hit a few balls that only go 20-40 yards to start off, then slowly build up longer and faster. If you start with a driver, then you will start tight and could potentially hurt yourself also. Start with small pitch shots and some easy full swings, this will loosen you up and then you will be what all great players are; relaxed.
