Nice review. I'm still leaning towards the 430 10K. Glad it's still available this year.
Interesting to see the significant LOSS! in both ball speed (loss of 5 mph!) and distance (loss of 6,7 yds carry) of the G440 Max compared to the G430 Max you tested with the Mizuno 230 Max. With the exact same club speed (111,4).
How does that LOSS result in "Bavo Ping!!"? 😊
Another thorough review Michael. There seems to be a slight drop off in performance on this new driver compared to the G430 10k that you reviewed previously. Keep up the solid reviews.
Stock length 46 inch seriously most ams would benefit from shorter drivers 😳

Every video I've seen from respected reviewers including Michael its not as fast or as long as the 435 and shorter than the Elite and Qi35.
When I've been in my driver purchasing cycle the sound of the Ping has always put me off. I really liked the G410 & G425 performance but when I hit them it sounded way too loud. For those older models my friends were laughing at the obscene sound coming off of the thing in the hitting bay – swing speed 110-115. Ended up with the Sim2 and have no plans to change this release cycle. I really like the way this new version of the Ping driver looks but man those turbulators still… 😒
Love my G425 MAX… yeah, it sounds like $hit… but with its all titanium build, it's made to last.
This push toward carbon wrap drivers in 2025 is a turn off. They are designed / built to fail after a few seasons. Never buying one.
What shafts did you have in them? And was it the same one for all three heads? Has the hosel adapter for the shafts changed this year? I would like to see the max and ls comparison you normally do in your ventus blue easier to compare the numbers you get from the different heads across all the makes one bonus of your reviews when you always use the same shaft.
Love my G430 LST. Sounds beautiful when you stripe one on the screws. No need to upgrade just yet, I like the smaller 440cc head
