He is outside the top 1,000 … It’s hard to watch Woods but it’s impossible not to

It would be reasonable to assume Tiger Woods’ eminence within golf has diminished, what with him having plunged beyond the world’s top 1,000 and without a tournament win in more than five years.
It would also be wrong. Spectacularly, hilariously wrong. Exhibit A: the recent leaked PIP payments for 2024.
