The golf league was postponed for a year until 2025 after the purpose-built Sofi Arena sustained severe damage as the white roof had fallen through after a storm.

The opening night rosters are now finalised with New York Golf Club’s Rickie Fowler, Matt Fitzpatrick, and Xander Schauffele set to face off against the Bay’s Shane Lowry, Wyndham Clark, and Ludvig Aberg.

New York native Cam Young will not feature for New York on Tuesday, while Min Woo Lee will be absent from the Bay’s lineup.

Six teams comprising 24 mic’d up stars of the PGA Tour will compete across a 15-match regular season at the 1,500-capacity arena in Palm Beach Gardens.

All the teams and dates have been confirmed for the high-tech venture that has American fans excited.
