When Arteta became Arsenal Manager he didn't throw out Aubamayeng right away…He tried to work with him & when it didn't worked out and he could afford to play without him then he took action… Problem with Ruben Amrorim is he has came in & showed outside door to Rashford & Garnacho …Now he don't have players to win matches & it will be potentially be big trouble…
The more a player feels hes right on decision or idea's he builds confidence. Ask every player to write down 2 ideas of own & dont tell noone as handed in folded. Leaders will be found & become. Its called, plant the seed & the plant will grow. Thats the managers job. Never Forse a plant to grow. Good weather & food will do all needed. Never pull weeds to soon. Rashford and garnacho could learn alot from the likes of Anthony Gordon or Murphy. Did you see some of the defending they did for NUFC against Man Utd. And not just those two even Bruno Guimaraes breaks his neck getting back in at times.
