Excellent presentation Peter on how senior golfers can get balance and flexibility back into their golf swing! I am 87 years old and have been playing this wonderful game for over 70 years. Because I was loosing what you described in this video, I decided to go back to the gym. I am now working out as much as 5 days a week building up
muscle strength and flexibility on exercise machines and stamina by riding the stationary bike 15 minutes each day. At home, I do crunches and leg lifts with my exercise ball! I have already notices gains in my ball striking and distances! Thanks for all you have done for seniors Peter! All the Best in 2025!

Wish I'd have come across this video months ago as it would have saved me so much frustration.

I’m 71 now Peter, and totally on board with the direction you’re heading. In coaching a lot of people of similar vintage, there is no question that the more body movement I can create, the better the results. Weight shift, rotation, rhythm, coordination and above all, balance are the secret sauce for seniors.
Ibrahim from Ireland, 81yrs old. This is the best lesson I have seen for seniors, I am going to start enjoying my golf again'. Which I have not done for some time now. Keep up the good work.
It’s dangerous to sway ?the first exercise
Older golfers lose back and spine rotation and mobility, grip strength, knee and hip flexibility.
Adjustments need to be made.
