2nd favorite wrestler of all time…
I started watching wrestling in the late 90's when Curt Hennig was with WCW. I didn't realize he was so accomplished with how WCW used him. Like Bret Hart in WCW, Curt Hennig didn't get much of a push unfortunately.
Great Doc and understanding that WWE doesn't go too deep into scandals like The Plane Ride from hell which is what led to Hennig's release along with other wrestlers receiving punishment for it.
Wow Curt Saved Wade Boggs life. had no clue. Watching him tear up over his friend made me a little misty.
Mr perfect, ultimate warrior, Randy savage, razor Ramon, Shawn Michaels. Made the IC title. Back then I looked at the IC champ as the guy because he wrestled 3X’s as much as the world champ
Hart V Hennig was the best match possible back then. We’re all lucky that it actually happened a few times!
On the Wrestlefest arcade game, Perfect was always the selection. I’d team him up with Warrior or Earthquake in tag team mode.
Honestly after watching this, he should’ve been the heir to flair. That ultimate boss heel. Him, Shane, Pillman, and HBK Were the ones. Curt had that special super heel power. You loved to hate him and hated to love him. Just like Flair
He was "Absolutely Perfect", and much like Bret Hart he could work with a broom and make it 5 star. Put him together with Bret Hart and it was amazing. Imagine if he got to wrestle Shawn Michaels when they were in there prime

There's was never a time when I wasn't excited to see him walk out. He was one of the greatest. He always made you laugh how cocky he was and all the one liners. The whole gimmick was PERFECT
