1. Rotational Cable Drill. Golf specific rotational drill + great for hips, core, spine, feet, & pelvis.

6. Dumbbell Split Squat High Pull. Speed, power, stability & impact.

7. Plate Dorsiflexion Loading Chinup.

8. Kneeling Overhead Press.

9. Kettlebell RDL.
