  1. Compare this insert to the one you use in your other set up? I've been using this mat for about 8 months. Eventually it's caused some minor left forearm and wrist soreness.

  2. Can you hit off the stance mat? I made my own set up for the softy and it’s great for endurance but I think it’s a little bit too forgiving because the strikes aren’t as clean when I switch to a less forgiving mat

  3. Two questions 1) any issues with it moving if not secured down? My setup is modular and BLP misses some shots if the mat moves. 2) Could you only use 2 of the sections as needed or would the middle be unstable without the other side?
