S3.E74. Bill Jordan heads out for a spot-and-stalk hunt on the last day of the Georgia turkey season. He finds a longbeard with hens, and then makes his move.
0:10 Jordan updates us on life and how his turkey season is going. Then, it’s off to the races as he attempts to locate a last-day tom.
2:05 He spots several turkeys out in a field where they’d seen a few longbeards that morning. He game plans what to do next.
4:00 The strutter is in the perfect location to make a move on. Pulling out the tail fan and stalking skills, Jordan uses the sandy creek bank to get as close as possible to the gobbler, and eventually slips into position.
5:00 He flashes a strutter decoy, and the longbeard walks right into the hardwoods with them. Jordan fills his second Georgia turkey tag.
