The way you add your hand to the club is key. Fought this for years. Great vid.
Now he’s gonna hook it up
He won’t hook it if he throws his hands out, towards the target. (Higher follow threw)
Right?
Tomorrow I go try it .., thx 🙏
What if you have a baseball bat grip ???
Excellent advice 👌
Sounded clear n concise
I’m going to try this also, my ball has been slicing all summer, this looks like the cure👍
Face open is one issue. But many have square even slightly closed fave and still curve right due to club path being too left or outside in. Fixing grip is great. So long as you use that grip to craft a club path that is inside out. You can hit a ball with 5 degrees open face and hook it with enough right path.
I use that grip, still slice my driver! I move the ball further back at set up, this has helped immensely!
Controlled fade vs uncontrollable hook.
Doesn’t a strong right hand grip increase an inside out club path ? Thus, it will promote a pull, pull fade or a snap hook ?
Ok, sounds good for a right-handes right hand. But before the right hand slides under, the left hand grip must already be in place. So, to accept the right hand, how much can u turn the left hand grip back towards the right or trail hand? I assume the more the lefthand is turned back, the more closed the clubface will be at impact.
I find this is the opposite for me.
