I’ve used the same Mizuno irons for about 7 years. I recently went and got fit for a set of PXGs, and the result was the PXG 0311xp Gen 7 irons – the Players Distance model of their flagship clubs.

  1. Good review. I suspect the distant change is down to loft. The PXG is effectively a 7 iron in your old clubs. But the forgiveness is clear with the PXG.

    I went ahead and went with the GEN six just to save a few bucks as I was hitting GEN seven and GEN six the same
    LOVE my black ops driver 3w and 7w!!
