I went from a 12 to a 4 after ditching my blades and getting the Maltby game improvement irons, a KE4 Driver and 3 wedges. Also switched to the Wilson Zip ball.
I played a TS4 7-iron for the first time today and I have to say…I was impressed. I got a MMT Stiff shaft at +2" to see how I liked them. Shaft is a little light but the iron performed very well. One shot on a par 3 I played using a tee and the other I hit off the deck and I was shocked at how well the the one off the deck went. I never carry over this particular green and today I flew it by probably 7-8 yards. Doesn't seem like a lot but that was with the wind in my face and the ball flight looked so good. I usually have more of a cut-fade but this iron made it look like more of a baby fade…which I really liked. I plan on hitting this club through the winter to see if I want a set of these or the new ZX5i/ZX7i combo but I'm really liking the milled sole, CNC face, and CNC milled grooves on the TS4. $135 club but it was worth it after using it one round. Just my $.02
I like the Maltby TE+ 8 iron the custom shop built me (NS pro 950 gh shaft golf pride tour velvet +4), the feeling off the club face is soft…addictive really. For me it's the nostalgic dci looks combined with outstanding performance and feel. The te+ doesn't get much attention so they're always in stock.
Surely if you are hitting that TS1-IM all over the face, that cant be the club head itself … unless there is some weird weight distribution in the head thats throwing everything off. But, you could easily test for that
Thanks for reviewing the Maltby’s. I’m liking what I’m seeing. I’m a Hogan fan, can you review the new Hogan PTX Tour irons. I would love to get your opinion on them. There a really hardly any good reviews on YouTube

Definitely looking at the TS4 irons for myself. Love the look of them. Cheers.
Not sure if you mentioned what shafts were in these, as I’m curious about the stock tt score shafts
why don’t they do left hand? so disappointing as a customer
Unless it's mental, the TS1 IM being hit all over the face might be a weird shaft specimen. What else could it be?
Finally a great Maltby review. Thanks for that.
Unrelated, what brand is your simulator enclosure?
Just put in a new TS1 IM 4 iron KBS T120 S through a few rounds and have been missing on the toe also. Going to try 4-6g lead tape near the center.
I note that you never mentioned what shaft was used. Was it the TT Score (the Maltby Pak option) or something else? Thanks/MG
After watching your build videos, I assembled the TS3 for my first attempt at building a set. I love them!! Thanks for the review!
I had a look at Maltby online but the website did not show all the models. I am in the UK and interested in ordering some..🏌️
TS3 for me! Awesome clubs! Beautiful and forgiving
All the TS1IM owners here.

Would the TS3 be in the same category as Titleist T200s?

Thanks for reviewing the Maltbys. They are too often overlooked by YouTubers.

I've seen people test and play all 3 I think your swing was kinda messing with the numbers. All of these are the best value in golf hands down
