About this Video: For this episode of The Best of Myrtle Beach series we’re checking out what just might be the best golf course you can play in the Myrtle Beach area. Located in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, True Blue Golf Club was designed by legendary golf architect, Mike Strantz. The course features some of the most stunning and unique golf holes in the entire country and is equally difficult and enjoyable to play. With a mix of picture-perfect par 3 holes and tricky par 4’s that require a healthy mix of skill and strategy, True Blue Golf Club is a golf course that needs to be on every golfer’s “must play” list. The course shares a lot of similarities to another Mike Strantz favorite…Caledonia which is located just across the street from True Blue. But while Caledonia is a smaller and more intimate golf course rouging, True Blue is is a big bold design with massive fairways and plenty of different ways to play each hole. Needless to say, we’re excited to bring this True Blue video to you!

played true blue for the Amateur Players Tour championship for my division. It was a great but challenging course. Wish i wouldve played a little better, but its really cool to see this course again via video and think of all the shots I hit on the same course. nice stuff fellas

Love that place but it was a long drive from where we stayed up North Myrtle.
You boy have to check out Wild Dunes Links down in Isle of Palm and Kiawah Island down in Seabrook, really nice tracks.
Never a bad day. Course looks amazing. Haven’t played either but would agree it’s about the finish and Caledonia had it. Nice round boys
