Celtic manor was really good, im off to Princes in November which will be my first Links course 🙂
Only done The Belfry that was really good, currently talking to Alice about Celtic Manor
The Warwickshire, Earls and Kings Course with a sound Spar/Pool for chilling out after😁
Played Turnberry 9 years back, both courses, was awesome✌️
Beautiful courses Rory. 248 carry over water. I might have to hit off the ladies tees. But just to stand there at Turnberry must be breathtaking. I am so glad you mentioned some high handicapper courses also. Great vid
Hi Rory, what about the Grove or Celtic Manor?
Not sure it's a ygt venue but for fun and value for money Maften Hall is great. Just a few miles from Newcastle upon Tyne city centre. 27 holes which is perfect for a weekend away.
I would go for Princes in Sandwich with the deals that they do to play Royal St George's, Royal Cinque Ports and Prince's. The other resorts that you mention like The Belfry, Celtic Manor etc are all aimed to be fun for non golfers or occasional golfers but Princes is a purists dream where golfers will revel but stag dos will likely be turned away. I'd assume Turnberry to be similar and leagues above most resorts as it's for golfers although like Princes it is priced accordingly.
you cannot' trump' Turnberry its absolutely fantastic,
slaley in northumberland is a good test with two decent courses.
Archerfield at North Berwick is a good trip but accomodation is bit expensive in the form of lodges but they are fantastic lodges.
Enjoyed that. Great putt to shut Parfield up too 😉
What happened to your voice at 10:26 though !
Forest of arden golf resort the senior tour is there soon to well worth a look
Celtic Manor is a cracking resort played it in 2011. I also enjoy Villamoura very much love the heat and night life.
Rors for links please visit South West of Ireland, Ballybunion, Tralee, Waterville, Lahinch.
This video is really well done Rory ! Keep them coming. I'd love to see some regular Rory videos appearing in my subs
Not enough lockey for us army members 🤣
Great vlog Rory, a stand out place for me is Old Thorns. Stayed there twice now and loved it both times. Great course and the food is great in the package. Thoroughly recommend it
Hi Rory great vlog mate. I have to say The Belfry is my favourite I am probably biased because I’m only 1/2hr from there you just can’t beat a Belfry experience. Cheers Bruh 🏌️⛳️💪
Is there a second one in Wales except Celtics manor?
Surely Carnoustie has be in any top stay and play list. My favourite 5 that I have been to are Trump International, Turnberry, Carnoustie, The Belfry and Rockcliffe Hall. (In that order)
Rory, not wanting to sound critical of you but you are a world wide star now #thinbullet, not just the UK and Europe. Would love to play & stay at any of the courses you mentioned but that's never going to happen from the other side of the world, so I'll throw one in from Down Under. Barnbougle, Tasmania, Australia. The Dunes and Lost Farm courses. Playing and staying there in two weeks and can't wait. Enjoying the vlogs and don't let that Crossfield get to ya.
Oekhampton dorset.
Nice Video, I’m off to the Vale just outside Cardiff next week for some golf with my old man.
You've nicked "crossfield's music"
Fairmont St Andrews the Torrance and Kittocks. Fantastic hotel and courses
Celtic manor 100%. Also forest of Arden has to be up there
We have the vale resort and St Pierre where the 1996 solhiem cup was played in South Wales.
What is going on Raymondo, no new thin bullet/out of bounds lately, was really enjoying the vids, thought it was a fresh approach to the usual content. Maybe you've been travelling to aus for the Aus open?
