Nobody on Tour swings like Yogi. They all went with the Hogan style. I didn't realize that the lie angle on his clubs was quite different from today. I have been doing the Yogi for about 6 yrs. it is the easiest, best swing.
Thank you, Paul and Andrew, for preparing us for the Count Yogi swing, stroke, and putt. I paid close attention to every detail you shared, and you're absolutely right—it requires time and persistence to master.
Thank you all for watching , I always enjoy talking CY. One thing we have touch on is steps 1-3 . These steps are important to help you get lined up and to do the pivot .
Andrew, What single length make/model clubs are you using? You mentioned your at +3 upright. If a 7 iron standard lie is 63*, does mean your at 66*. Also, is your club swing weight a D2. Thank you all for your time and sharing information.
Andrew, will you demonstrate your backstroke [DTL]. It’s hard to understand the hands moving that close to the right hip while keeping the stroke/swing line
Hi All. Paul and Andrew thanks for another session. Would you please clarify on putter specification- what CY advocated for? Same re clubs, what bending have you found most supportive (unless you answer in other post so I take it from there). Appreciate
Great video guys. Very informative and a HUGE leap has taken place in my understanding of the Yogi method. I have read and re-read the Revolutionary Golf and Five Steps and look forward to doing so again with a greater sense of clarity while I search for things that I may have missed the first few times around.
Is this going to be a regular Saturday 6:00 EDT thing? I didn't even know this one was happening.
