As a Giants fan I'd argue this was more embarrassing than Mark Sanchez's "butt fumble" for the Jets. At least there was a tangible "obstruction" that impeded Sanchez's path; even if it was his own teammate's ass. Jones got tackled by the wind and/or Lincoln Financial's turf!

I can feel sympathy for the plays where the receiver mishandles the pass, or the ball slips out of the runner's hands, or the runner slips. Even at the absolute top of the pyramid, mistakes happen. But the "drop the ball at the goal line" and the "slow down just before the goal line" celebrations are absolutely infuriating. What idiots…
