It annoys me when the media and casual fans keep saying today's players are more "skilled", when the only "skill" that they are overall better at is shooting (or more specifically, the 3pt shot). Overall, today's players have worst footwork, worst post-up moves, worst rebounding skills, worst shot blocking skills, worst defensive skills..etc..they are better shooters..absolutely, but aren't more skilled in other areas..they have less fundamentals and are less versed in playing in a system
