Perhaps Randy and Kevin both turn heel on Cody. Ricky Starks comes in to help Cody even up the odds. Thus drawing all of them away from Roman and the Bloodline angle before WarGames. Which would facilitate Roman's need for the Usos and Sami.
My original lineup for War Games was: Roman, Cody, Orton, Owens, and Jimmy Uso vs. Solo, Jacob, Tama, Tonga, and the newest Bloodline member (Hikuleo or someone else). Jey and Sami have been out of the Bloodline storyline for so long, why would they go back to that so quickly? They are doing their own thing on Raw, they shouldn't care what the Bloodline is doing on Smackdown. Yes, Jey and Sami are going to be inserted into the Bloodline storyline again but it won't be until much later. Talking about when the Rock comes back into the fold, which will be around WrestleMania time or after it.
