    1. OHP or any vertical press variations (more delts and upper back because delts make you more jacked than chest)
    2. Pullups and variations
    3. Zercher squats (same as front squats but hits the upper back harder because of the stretch component along with some biceps gains)

  2. My picks would be weighted neutral grip pull-ups, weighted dips and squats.

    I love benching, but those dips blew up my triceps and chest.

  5. at what degree angle do you do your incline bench press? cause i heard 30 deg with an arch is not actually targetting the upper chest

  6. Caveat with high bar squats is they are super limited by form for muscle building so if you have siff hips knees and ankles (like the majority of people 😂) then they won't yield great results
