Caveat with high bar squats is they are super limited by form for muscle building so if you have siff hips knees and ankles (like the majority of people 😂) then they won't yield great results

My picks would be weighted neutral grip pull-ups, weighted dips and squats.
I love benching, but those dips blew up my triceps and chest.

I’d still at least consider deadlifts because hamstrings
at what degree angle do you do your incline bench press? cause i heard 30 deg with an arch is not actually targetting the upper chest
