At this point, Fields is not as good as Mason Rudolph, you know for a fact that Mason push that ball downfield and put it in the end zone. The Rudolph of 2023 or 2024 is not the guy we saw during his first year starting, which by the way, he pushed the ball downfield as a youngster too.
Fields failed in Chicago and is making millions off of his draft position, if he was drafted in the 4th round, he is sitting.
Wilson has one year, if he plays just a tad better than last year, then the Steelers score plenty and that defense gets plenty of rest. They have a huge issue in the last half with the schedule but there is nothing anyone can do about that.
Can Fields improve? Sure, but his lack of accuracy and relying on his legs rather than knowing when and where is receivers are going to be open are big issues.
He gets another shot in Denver, it better not be another hundred something in yards and a bunch of 3 points.
