Appalling news, cheating Leicester get away with it …
PSR is franchising the prem league. All clubs that are promoted will be immediately relegated because they can't buy players that make them competitive in the prem. EPL is the Super League at this point, only teams that get relegated are teams that don't have money, unless you're exceptional like Brighton.
