The final episode of Season 1 of All the Right Movies will be Tin Cup. It’s a hilarious golf movie with a heart which you don’t need to be a golf fan to enjoy.
I believe it is Kevin Costner’s finest performance as it combines the goofball from Silverado with the world-weary catcher from Bull Durham. Don Johnson and Cheech Marin are perfectly cast as his nemesis and best friend/caddy respectively. And his group of pals are folks anyone would cherish as friends.
The thing about Cup? Him and “normal” don’t often collide in the same sentence.
