This is Part III of my series.
As a result of the recent MAGA-Court ruling, which gave Trump immunity from crimes presumably committed as “official acts”, it will be difficult to use evidence against him and prosecute the on-going pending charges–among those the Georgia case and the Jack Smith case regarding the January 6 Capitol riot. In total, there are about 91 criminal counts in court against Trump.
