    The NIKE ZoomX Victory 2’s are actually distance spikes. You can tell the difference between distance and sprint spikes by the heel, distance spikes need to have heel cushioning because in the later stages of races form begins to break down and runners are more likely to heel strike. This isn’t as much of an issue in sprinting which is why sprint spikes have little to no heel cushioning.

    Hey Zach i know this is unrelated to the video but around mid February I was told i had Achilles tendonitis i had physio the physiotherapist said he didn't see anything weird but i still have the pain it usually occours after jumping its not as painful but it just feels uncomfortable along the tendon on both feet thank you for the help

    I put powerstep pinnacles in every pair of shoes i use…thanks to Zach suggestion…i have seen them anywhere from 30-49 dollars per pair but worth every penny

    Can anyone help me identify the all white running shoes that Marie-Jose Perec is wearing at the Paris summer Olympics 2024. Marie-Jose Perec and Teddy Riner all dressed in white are the last 2 torch carriers that light the cauldron. There is a photo of a 100 yr old torch carrier in a wheelchair passing the torch to Marie-Jose Perec and Teddy Riner. Also standing behind the man in the wheelchair are 14 more torch carriers all dressed in white and all wearing the same all white running shoes as Marie-Jose Perec! They look to me like Adidas ultraboost in all white with a off white or light grayish pattern on the sides of the cushion sole. It's been driving me crazy trying to identify them, would love to find a photo of them. Much appreciated if someone could help. Thanks❤ 🇨🇦

    Super video! Very nice trip even with the 30 hours of travel. Are you going to be part of the olympic amateur marathon race on Saturday night? Hoping to be a finisher in Asics Superblast 2 that have been the most confortable shoes i have ever worn.

    Hey doc in my country we can get custom insoles from Bauerfeind or Sottopiede for around USD100-120. They’re not made by casting but rather with those thin insole scanners they place in your shoes. Are these just as good? Seems like a good deal versus over the counter ones for 50-60 bucks.
