Gill's performance has been really underwhelming this past year.
Harry brook is absolutely set in test cricket and has genuinely been great vs wi. Cam green has been a bit underwhelming with test his odi is great. His height i feel gives some setbacks but nothing bad persay. Shubman gill thought has been a bit worring with odi vs sri lanka and after 2023 wc.

In my opinion Shubman's case is a bit worrying because he came into the international level and didn't start off that well but then came his prime year 2023 where he ammased 890 runs in IPL, more than 1500 runs in odi, test form looked a bit rusty, t20i was decent, but 2024 has been a rough year for white ball cricket and consistency hasn't been good. But I think that this is just a stage that every player has and it's not a surprise that gill is having a rough patch
