  5. JUST AN OBSERVATION. Could use a leg day once or twice a week…Light warmup, no cardio (it's a waste of your time) Full squats, walking lunges & leg press. 60 min total. Whey protein shake (35 g PROTEIN) immediately after work workout.TONS OF WATER. 8 HOURS deep sleep after taking a magnesium supplement just before bed. VIVID REM DREAMS . One month later an even more explosive drive than you already naturally possess.
