Cowboys can't afford Simmons, they haven't even paid their own players yet
I don’t know if that’s possible mark. The cowboys are already having trouble signing their own big guys like Ceedee, Dak, and Micah in 2025. To add Justin Simmons alone ruins their chances of getting these deals done, but Michael Thomas as well would seal it. But Jerry and Stephen Jones don’t make moves in the first place so I heavily doubt these moves would happen.
Why would Justin Simmons and his agent look at Dallas as a good spot when his agent should already know they have money invested in both Hooker and Wilson with 3 year 21 mil deals each? Also Juanyeh Thomas is young and emerging so can't stunt his growth. Safety is no need here and not a premium position to keep investing more money into. He would be looking elsewhere for a chance to start and get playing time to get PAID which he definitely won't get in Dallas
