talking about Pine hor it sounds very much like you’ve you’ve made peace with that and what of the last few few weeks been like for you yeah they’ve been okay um yeah I yeah I got over it pretty quickly like the the few days after it were pretty tough at times but um yeah I feel like I’ve done a good job of um thinking about it rationally and constructively and um taking what I need from it and and trying to learn from it um uh but like for the most part you know I it was it was a great day I keep saying to people it was a great day until it wasn’t so um yeah a couple little things I would have I’d like to have back at the end there but um overall you know I I can’t fault you know how I played or or or the game plan that I had or how I sort of handled myself the whole way throughout the tournament so um you know just nice to get back on the golf course and play this week and um you know two good opportunities to um get myself back where I need to be here and and obviously at TR next week as well there’s always a lot of support for you Rory and there was a lot on social media afterwards most notably a nice message from Shane lry who of course you’re very close to how much did words like that help you over the last couple of weeks yeah um yeah a lot of um a lot of people reached out which was really really nice um from within golf from outside of golf you know in other sports and um yeah just having the just having the the support of my friends and my family and um yeah you know it’s you I I feel like I’ve really surrounded myself with really good people and it’s you know sometimes you take that for granted and you don’t feel like you really need that all the time but then in tough moments like the Sunday at Pinehurst uh you know it makes you really appreciate that can I just finally ask you one more you weren’t asked inside but um big football match on tonight from a Scotsman to a northern Irishman will you be watching and do you think England can get to the final I will be watching um I just I think they can yeah I definitely think they can get to the um I think like everyone else I’d love them to play a little bit more um assertively and and have a go but um yeah I mean they you know I thought that obviously the penalties against Switzerland were were unbelievable and um yeah look they certainly have the players in the squad to to go all the way um but yeah it’ll be it’ll be an interesting game tonight thanks appreciate iters thanks for that [Music]

It's incredible how a single topic can elicit so many different viewpoints. Diversity of thought is truly a beautiful thing.🐱
Good luck
What a superb player, the fact that he's always in there pitching so consistently speaks volumes. He is no bottler , quite the opposite
He acted like a spoilt brat after it storming off. Bit of a diva, needs to focus on his game not the wider politics/business of it
