last week there was reports from Netherlands that they are not going to let their golfers play in these upcoming Paris Olympics in 2024 stating that the golfers aren’t good enough to compete however uh today you Lyon I believe that’s how you pronounce his name if I butcher that I apologize I don’t speak Dutch but use Lyon he went to court and had to win a court case to be eligible to play in Paris he did win that court case that got announced today so Yus Lyon will be eligible for the Paris Olympics which will be uh big for him I mean it’s not just for you know the Dutch or for the Netherlands uh you know Olympic team it’s for kind of himself and brand recognition and he’s able to make money from this as well so why not let him go I mean Netherlands is a hop skip and a jump away from Paris I mean it it it’s a crazy story that happened last week that we will be talking about more on the gsmc golf podcast today
