Camp made one final offer to the Warriors a two-year $20 million per season deal Golden State communicated its desire to use Thompson in a non-starting role which according to ESPN Thompson was not thrilled the about ultimately did not view the request as a deal breaker so key there he was offered two years $48 million in the 2023 start of the year and he turned that down before the county year
