YouTube what is going on Lakers family and welcome back to the channel So today we’re going to be talking about cam Christie he’s a young Prospect he’s the younger brother of Max Christie from the Los Angeles Lakers so today the way this video is going to work I’m going to be breaking down the pros and cons of his game and stuff like that but I really appreciate it if you can help your brother out by liking the video subscribe and also turn on the notification about so you guys get uh notified future Lakers content now cam Christie’s 18 years of AG he’ll be turning 19 uh next month in July pretty soon his high is like 66 he weighs about 190 lbs and he played for the University of Minnesota Golden golfers he’s a shooting guard he could play multiple positions one through three and he was named the Big 10 all freshman team this past season putting up 11.3 points per game he did shoot around 40.3% from the field 3.6 rebounds 2.2 assists 0.3 blocks uh 0.6 Steals and shooting 39.1% from three on 5.4 attempts per game and shooting 79.1% from the free throw line on two attempts per game so he played 33 games uh 26 starts and playing close to at least 30.2 minutes tonight now he did score in double figures 21 times including a season high of 23 points and four rebounds in the month of February 28th in a loss to Illinois and in college he did rank a second team and Ninth in a conference and total three-pointers made 70 so that is actually incredible he is known as a three level score especially for scoring prowess particularly his ability to shoot from anywhere from the court their perimeter he does have like a reliable jump shot from the mid-range and three-point distance and he does demonstrate a strong understanding of the game making smart decisions reading defenses and finding open teammates with go with good ball control and Christie can navigate through defenses and create scoring opportunities for himself and others for back door cuts open shots and lobs and stuff like that so he’s versatile and allows him to play multiple positions effectively adapting to different roles as needed and his defensive skills are solid showing tenacity and awareness on the defense end guarding multiple positions uh playing both ends of the floor and he does need to uh develop his game he needs to add more strength muscle to compete more effectively at a higher level and maintain consistency in performances and gain more high level experience to handle high pressure situations better and additionally he can benefit from being more aggressive and seeking his own shot or driving to the basket at the rim and then deferring to his teammates so Chrissy’s potential and existing skills make him a promising player but like any young athlete he has areas to improve as he continues to develop his game and translate at the NBA so Lakers fans NBA fans General you guys let me know in the comment section how do you guys feel about cam Christie I know his brother Max Christie the game is kind of similar they’re both like three and D players have versatile skills can guard multiple positions it’s just that the body mass I’ll say is a little bit different but kind of similar and his projected uh draft range is like second round mid second round somewhere around those lines and he’s rising up in draft boards right so some mon drafts have him at worst 30 and then ESPN projects him to be number 32 pick in the latest mck draft and then ESPN has chrisy rank 35 from his Year’s uh draft class while CBS Sports has him at number 44 and then his brother uh Max Christy played at the University of Michigan State he was a 35th overall pick by the Los anges Lakers in 2022 so I’m not expecting him to come in here make a huge impact like I said he’s only going to be a rook he’s going to get better he’s pretty Raw has huge upside and he’s probably not going to get that much Min in rotation like when Max Christie was a rookie and a lot of people are saying that oh Max Christie sucks they didn’t like him but it takes time and I know us Lakers fans were impatient fan base and we’re not very good at developing you know young Talent so hopefully he can get in especially in the rotation in the second year but I just don’t expect his rookie season and hope he develops in a g- league right plays for like the out by Lakers like Max Christie and stuff like that and hopefully he can ball out in the summer league but the Lakers they got the 55th overall pick and I’ve been hearing reports with the 17 pick that the Lakers would up would like to up in the draft so we’ll see make sure you guys like the video once again subscribe really trying to reach my next mon stone at 3K subs and lastly turn on the notification Bell so you guys get notified for feature Lakers content and last thing I got to say before I wrap this video up I think he would actually help the Los Angeles Lakers the reason why I’m bringing this up is because the Lakers need more 3 and D players guys I can uh play both ends guard multip position shoot the three and play solid defense because I feel like the slakers team has a bunch of oneway guys like it gave Vincent which he can knock down threes but he was in most of the Season didn’t really play too well he Str from the three line and the only provided defense right guarding the perimeter guarding the best player on the opposing team uh Max Christie he was a solid three-point shooter but it didn’t really take too many shots and he played solid uh defense solid rebounder especially for his height as a guard and can handle the ball get to the rim and stuff like that so he’s a three-level scorer he also got cam gretes which he’s not a two-way player he can only provide defense and he doesn’t really knock down a three-point shot consistently and also J vanab about he doesn’t shoot the three ball like that right yes he can you know space out the floor but he’s not really known for that he’s really known for his defense so what other you know two-way players that we have on our team you get what I’m trying to say so the Lakers lock that in that position we also need more shooting and we need a big man but I’m going to wrap up today’s video and I’m out of your peace

If he goes undrafted, puck him up. He shoots better than his borhtwr out of college. Can you do Devon Csrter and Hollands?
