Climbing spurs are a great way to hunt mobile! If you hunt with a tree saddle, an Aerohunter Kestrel, or even a run-n-gun tree stand like a Lone Wolf, this is a fantastic way to get up a tree quickly & quietly.
They’re only 3.3 lbs for the set, fully modded and ready to climb! I’m using Gecko Carbon Fiber spurs, but there are plenty of other options.

For my straps, up top I used 1.5″ webbing and buckles from strapworks.com
On the bottom I used 3/4″ webbing from strapworks.com and buckles from seekoutside.com
Or these
I searched “Sherrill Tree coupons” on google and found a 20% off coupon after some searching. That got me free shipping +$125 off the price of the carbon spurs!
If you buy the aluminum spurs, make sure to get the Climb Right aluminum spurs with ultralight pads. That’s the lightest way to go without spending big money on carbon fiber. #saddlehunter #saddlehunting #TethrdNation #getoutdoors
