Hey Lexus take me to Rockwood golf course. I found Rockwood Park Golf Course. Would you like to go now? Yes! Calculating route to Rockwood Park Golf Course. Golf is a sport where you practice like it means everything but you play like you don’t care. Mental preparation that’s kind of the balance of golf where you play free but when you’re in practice you kind of have to like work out the kinks so mentally you kind of have to find that freedom to just go out, play, and not care about the results control what you can control. Time to go play some golf. When I warm up I never just hit ball after ball because my like routine is so important to me I’ll always pick a spot probably 2 feet in front of the ball and then line up to that. I’ve never been able to just kind of on the range get a ball hit one then put another ball down and hit another. Yeah that one was good. Playing in the U.S. Open one of the majors I’ve played in the most you know there’s kind of like a heightened feeling because it is a U.S. Open you have all these qualifiers that everyone around the U.S. are trying to qualify for. There’s only four spots on average of getting in so it’s cool to kind of have a bigger field and compete against everyday golfers who are just trying to qualify into the U.S. Open. You kind of have a sense of pride of just by being there you’re competing amongst the best. I think I hit it a little too far that’ll work though. So one day qualifier 36 holes having the chance to kind of showcase your skills at a qualifier and then immediately get straight into the U.S. Open is a pretty cool aspect to it. It has a reputation of being the longest day in golf and I’ve had to do it a few times I got in the first time I think my freshman year of college. Got into the next one LA which was at Rolling Hills and it’s 36 hole days every shot counts in those 36 hole days it’s mentally and physically quite exhausting. I only know the name Pinehurst I know the golf course is very special I just I just never got myself out there. This motivation enough just to see the golf course but overall just to play in the U.S. Open is a special one. Should be on everyone’s bucket list that’s pretty cool place.
