May United coach Benny McCarthy I don’t know if you’ve heard this Benny has said that Jaden Sancho still not apologized to Eric tag which saw him move of course once again to Dortmund speaking to South African station 947 joerg he said the following if you’re from the streets no one wants to apologize I spoke to Jaden as a coach as a mentor as a friend and as someone who grew up on the streets and knows the code but Jaden just wasn’t seeing it he said I ain’t apologizing cuz if I do I’m apologizing for being lazy always being late and not giving my best that’s what I’m apologizing for those were his reasons I mean I don’t when I read those I was a bit I didn’t quite understand what he he meant by sometimes sometimes you just have to apologize to the boss right we’ve all done it we’ve all said okay yeah fine we’ve not necessarily believed it but it it just allows people to move on right little bit but I just think it’s I wonder if he was playing well enough jayen Sancho and he hadn’t apologized would the manager still have used him no I said I don’t I don’t know if he would I think if I still think if players have been playing better than him and hadn’t apologized I think he they would still allowed it because he wasn’t playing well it was almost an easy option wasn’t it oh no I think managers have got history of of dropping players for whatever reasons other than footballing ones well be fair Eric made the big one didn’t he when Ronaldo did the interview see you yeah that was the big one remember rashford was dropped by Fergie yeah rashford not rashford um who’s the one I’m thinking of no sorry rashford was dropped by Eric ten couple dropped a big name a couple of times Who was the one that he dropped was it I think gig’s dropped a few times for various reasons yeah so it does happen and rightly so right yeah of course everything you have to make a stand drop Beckham as well you have to make a stand you can’t let you can’t let a dressing room kind of run the players sense weakness and if they think the manager week they’ll just walk it over yeah all right let’s take calls on all things Jaden Sano 0371 7234 Kieran is a United fan hi Kieran hello you’re all right I’m good how are you today yes I’m good thanks Andy good what would you like to say kieren you know what right I hope more than anything Sano can go out and B that hattick like lman did because I looked at a couple of votes um last week before the FA Cup Final on whether T HCK should stay as United manager and interestingly before the Cup Final 75% of people said get him out then after the Cup Final it’s gone down to like 40% of people saying get him out and I feel like it’s pulling the wall over people’s eyes and actually 10 well 10 that sound like a great point he was K start again not start again but just go back about 10 seconds we lost you there um I was just saying that after the Cup Final the votes were completely different it pulled the wall over people’s eyes I think ten hack’s so in the wrong with how he’s treated Sancho compared to how he’s treated the players that have been underperforming all season um that actually it might just wake people up a little bit to say actually no 10 heck’s the problem here okay but let me let me ask you then Kieran if a players for whatever reason say I heard his timekeeping was appalling and I also heard that there was a couple of times he was me this is just what I’ve heard this might be nonsense but this is what I’ve heard from from people that are still connected to the club his timee keeping was awful he would never apologize and a couple of times he had booked in meetings to see the manager and never turned up and never text as to why he was not turning up now for whatever reason however good or bad a player is you can’t do that to the manager can you no you can’t but then if he was given the opportunity to play on the pitch after this argument after this called him out I think it was the Arsenal game if he’d been able to then get on the pitch and put in a phenomenal performance you let it go hezard lazy in training but he turned up on the pitch so it’s never an issue if the manager’s looking for an apology before you can move on apologize to the manager he hasn’t done that no let him do his talking yeah my only thing is sometimes it I can understand what T’s doing on Fair Play but it can be a little bit Petty like if he doesn’t apologize he’s not playing no I don’t think it can be pett you’re wrong it’s a results based business I know it is but everyone has to get on and you have to see eye to eye with you do beny the manager I know I I there’s been many a time where the manager hasn’t gotten with a player but because they’re getting results has let them get on with it let them get on with it but but at the same time there’s been the opposite of that yeah I hear that but I just think if if Sancho was playing at a AEL I’m not picking a player what if he’s it’s about results if if I was your manager and you’ve been rude to me and you’re late for training and everyone else was on time and I went Benny make sure you get it tomorrow at 9: yeah and you didn’t and I went come see me in my office text you and you didn’t reply you didn’t turn up that’s what happened you ain’t playing but my point is of a certain stand of if he was playing if he was playing well then the manager might go you know what I don’t want to do this but find him then find him but you’d find a way to to punish him but not cut your nose off the spoty face no I’d cut my nose off but look at my nose the fact is Sano wasn’t playing that well so it was like well okay he could do that to him no look at look at Stam okay Bruno Bruno Fernandez if he did that he’s playing okay y yep Stam was sold on the back of an argument with Fergie yeah I get that but your squ brutal ruthless yeah your squad was unbelievable there’s so many more you’re talking about one of the best defenders in the Premier League’s ever seen you can find another one you’re Manchester United at the time man united are not that what they were but my point is you fall out with Fergie done Roy Keane out the back door boom it’s gone see I feel like but then he’s given rashford chance after chance after chance so where where’s the where’s the he hasn’t fall out RF oh my God matter of times he’s been late disciplin yeah but then he was dropped my point okay you dropped Sano then yeah but maybe rashford apologized see that’s what I’m saying you can’t you can’t have one rule for one not other what and what one rule for one and one rule for the other Jamie’s up next hello Jamie hello hello Jamie you all right I’m good how are you I’m good I’m really well thanks off you go pal um yeah so I don’t know if it’s been done before and I don’t know if it’s some something that they’d be willing to do but with Sancho I’d put it on his shoulders um i’ I’d basically put the responsibility on him you’re at a big Club you’re at man united one of if not the biggest team in England um you had the opportunity to play we fell out you went out on loan do you want to be here if he says yeah right we’ll bring you back show us on the pitch if you don’t show us on the pitch then that’s it that’s your final chance we sell that you’re gone you never come into this club again I’d put the responsibility on his shoulders do you know what Jamie though I don’t think San is going to want to come back and play for ten if tenar goes in the summer and another maner come in he might go you know what might be different maybe because listen to play a club like Manchester United come on that’s like that’s like we’re in the Lotter that I agree thanks for you called Jamie Lee’s up next hello Lee hey guys how you doing you okay good man how are you I’m right thank you yeah um I just want to make a couple of points on Sancho so we went down to the Cup Final uh of the weekend uh went with another three season ticket holders we sort of just mentioned Sancho really unsure where this sort of blow up of sancho came from by that one Champions League game I’m I’m a bit of an avid watcher of Bundesliga football and he’s been bang average and I I actually just think he’s a bang average player with a very poor uh effort you know he’s he’s he’s really he he doesn’t work hard um and I think United need to make a culture like Liverpool Arsenal City where we’ve got players who are going at 100% like y Fernandez is like Dow you know players like this that are robust and they want to run J not though the only thing I say and you make a good point Le right is that about his effort levels and stuff but the manager of Dortmund picks him every single week so if he so clearly if there’s been a drop off in terms of his work right the man would have gone well that’s why you’re not playing at United you’re not playing here but the fact is he picks him every week I think it’s a slower game though Benny you know I just watched that I do I don’t think you I see in the with the Bundesliga with with Bayern Bayern have got a few quick Wingers on that side and they make the changes regularly but I don’t I just don’t think the work rak’s there um in the Bundesliga I don’t I really don’t and I don’t think Jaden Sanchos got that in his that that work rate in his head you know you’ve seen it with pep p sorry with city city let him go I think it was P that let him go south Gates never picked him again um true you know I think ten ha really looked after him I think he doesn’t get a fair you know I don’t think it’s only fair what they say about him you know he really helped him when he was struggling with his mental health issues and let him take some time off and I agree with what Andy was saying before about the issues that haven’t really come out of the club there’s a few people that we speak to that again say there’s a lot of uh ongoing in that have never come out I actually think Tag’s been dealt a real uh real hard Blow by you know social media and everyone around it regarding Sancho I do just think he’s a bit of a hype player and I think we just need to get rid of him that Andy right thank what good call thank made a good point about work rate but listen if his work rate drops off that much the manager won’t pick him but he picks him every week every single week who the D manager every you don’t sad of players he’s got two they might be a poor no but come on they can’t be that poor for the Champions Le fin but he knows he’s okay Morris is up next hi Morris hello good evening fellas how are you I’m not bad Andy remember I told you about Kobe Manu no yeah when you on I go was on I came on and said he’s the main man in the future for United when did you say that when you was I with Gabby oh okay all right fair play and you couldn’t spell my name what Morris yes I couldn’t spell Morris no you spell It the French way is there a French I spell morrice Maurice Maurice sorry sorry how did that come up in conversation as we no one listening can see how I’ve spelled your name not that I can spell no you asked me how to spell it CU you didn’t get it right all right okay you sure that was his show yes yes was on Mr Ben was off on his listen okay I hope D get beat 4 why because of San show I think everybody’s saying the manager treat him bad in all this business the manager look after him like a son right and he throw the manager under the bus M plus he’s a Winger that cannot run How can there be a wing and you got no Pace he’s got Pace got got bit Pace he got no Pace come off he has got a bit of pace can can anyone of you all in that office run B you’re bully you he’s got not every W man has to be rapo no talk sport drive with Andy Goldin Monday to Friday 1. It’s amazing how many people actually back sancho. He was poor on the pitch and insubordinate and unprofessional. Absolute disgrace

  2. The difference between Sancho's and Rashford's situation is not performance (they both underperformed). It's about fitness levels. Sancho couldn't take-on a single opponent. He did not have the pace for that, but now he suddenly has pace at Dortmund. That comes down to lack of training. It is his responsibility to be fit, not ETH.

  3. The fact people are saying just apologise even if you are right just goes to show the mentality of those people!

  4. Sancho is a good player and super talented. It’s all on him tbh. He didn’t perform under ole, rangnik or ten hag. He played games under ten hag, he even got a few months off to get himself together. Unfortunately he came back and he was no better…. We are not hearing rumours that sancho is turning up early and running thru brick walls… but we’ve heard a lot about lateness bad attitude not turning up for meetings…. Rashford has had a couple of misdemeanours but has apologised and put in the work. Unfortunately lee is right, sancho is average.

  5. I hope Sancho scores a Champions League hatrick so Untied can sell for a good price..ETH tried to help him with his personal issues and then Sancho repayed him petulance. Nether party want each other, get rid and good riddance.

  6. The dishonesty of English football pundits is astonishing. A manager sees a player struggling with emotional issues, misfiring in game after game, week after week. The manager arranges and pays for a 3-month personal recovery camp for the player in the manager’s home country.

The player returns after three months and looks ready to go.

In the player’s first game after retuning, the entire home crowd serenades him, the manager is applauding the player with a beaming smile like a proud father seeing his son making a much anticipated return home.

The player scores and the cameras catch the manager jumping, pumping the air with his fist, extremely delighted for the player.

But within a matter of weeks, the player relapses to his old ways: perpetually showing up late to training. (Meanwhile people have been seeing him playing FIFA football game live on Play Station for long hours virtually every night! Which explains why he turns up late to work.

The player’s performance is getting worse with each game, the team keeps losing too.

Manager is forced to drop him.

The press ask him why the player is not in the game just lost and he replies that the player did not train well during the week. Nothing more than that.

Immediately after the press conference, the player posts a statement on social media accusing the manager of lying.

Manager yanks the player from the team and demands an apology.

Player refuses, chooses instead to not play at all. He sits on his backside for 3 months or so.

    He’s sent away on loan.

And he releases a statement saying he refused to apologize so as not to validate the manager’s comments.

In ANY organization no staff would survive that. You will humble yourself and apologize or get fired.

But the English media are blaming the manager. It’s the most pathetic response to a manager-player problem I’ve ever seen. It’s so dishonest.

Now imagine if the player was Bruno. Or Martial. Or Hojllund. Or Martinez. Or Fred. Or Pogba!

The English media would be calling for death by a firing squad for him.

    Extremely dishonest.

Sancho must NEVER be allowed back in that United dressing room.

If he’s recalled without him apologizing, the club will have basically destroyed Ten Hag’s authority and validated player power once again.

We must not repeat the mistake we made when we fired Mourinho for Pogba and Martial.

Player power must die at MUFC before the club can make any real progress.

It has to be crystal clear to everyone — players, agents, and fans — that no player can survive a head clash with the Man United manager.

  7. Bent doesn’t know what he’s saying comparing Rashford’s lateness with Sancho calling the manager a liar is pure nonsense

  8. ETH misunderstood Sancho. He's not a player that need to work hard to deliver. He's naturally skillful.
ETH didn't play Ronaldo because he wasn't part of pre season squad.. ETH did not play Casemiro in the first two opening games of his first season at Man United. Lose badly to Brighton, Brentford and Man City.
I think Sancho in this case is right .

  9. He doesn’t deserve to come back he’s not good enough for us it’s as simple as that he’s a terrible professional and he is actually always late it’s a fact he was constantly late at Dortmund same at us, he’s average get him gone. Dortmund are a little scummy team they must of had hundreds of millions the last 3 years they are greedy scumbags they got 100 million for Bellingham, 75 for sancho, 60 for Haaland and 50 for pulisic not to mention the 150 for dembele they never spend money ever hope they lose tonight

  10. Sancho not bang average but has the mentality of a two year old.. really hoping Dortmund lose tonight.. man utd fan
