I learned this exercise from Ben Patrick knees over toes it’s amazing to build your glut a little hamstring and your lower back so most people do back extensions like this okay this is pish polish you want to do the one leg okay always start with your weaker leg first so right here keep this leg there right here and you almost want to think of squeezing your glue that top half of your glue just two sets of this 10 to 12 reps is perfect you can actually add a weight if you get strong on this and then you come in here switch keep this leg bent and really think of initiating and pulling from the top of your glute get a nice stretch on the hamstrings as well

  1. So, I tend to use what I call a dumb bell straight leg deadlift. It would seem to do similar judging by the muscles that are sometimes sore
