Nisha good stuff here it’s got good
awareness of space I want to ask you
what you were doing at 15 but I’m not
sure I want to hear the answer I wasn’t
playing tennis this
[Applause]
well
this is good yeah how good is that
back accurate with it
is he’s found his forand and that has
been a significant shift
through
[Applause]
Gap from he’s apologizing maybe from up

side there too moved to the forehand
Wing before almost hit the
[Applause]
[Applause]
se he is feeling it right now and find a
shot that wasn’t there really for the
opening hour but that is exactly what
the 19-year-old has done found some real
impactful forehands in that last game
and then you can see there had the
presence of mind just to guide it down
the
line took advantage of a very sloppy
game from Zer at 42 to close the gap to
4-3
and
oh the shot of the
day that was electric that’s what I’ve
seen when he’s played these Challenger
level tournaments back hands down the
line just incredible Pace behind it and
then the Ben Shelton and nichelson
starting to come out he’s starting to
get the crowd involved he had his own
patented follow through there too by the
way
brilliant got to love his Relentless
nature
[Applause]
of a call and Michelson
stopped there was code R for in the
tiebreaker but he answered the call and
he has a two sets to love lead
now I just want to see it in an
environment like this not
easy up play two hands left you just
can’t trust those left-handers as much
you know come on patch get on top of
your
game
[Applause]
the simplest of shots un complicates the
situation for
Sasha it’s have to be this good this
early
yes
well
class his lovely run potentially ends
here 62 76 62 proper 66 brookend the
tiebreaker in the Middle where Michelson
had the mini break and the
slight chance to put some pressure on
his more illustrious opponent wasn’t to
be as Z moves into the fourth round and
sets up a clash with

  1. The new crop of tennis players are playing just to CELEBRATE a lucky shot! Hey kids, you did not win any major tournament so stop celebrating (and stop the phone calling) and play tennis and win something. The only exception is Alcarz but, he too takes to far the celebration! Just play the game.

  2. Funny to see the Anglophone narrator and commentator excited with the American player points and frustrated with the German player points and win.

  3. For a few points I though “what? Who’s this kid? “ really good game. Maybe when he reaches puberty he’ll be really good.

  4. I really like to appreciate and give much respect for Alex Michelsen young Player, in the coming year he will be one of a great player. But congrats to Zverev

  5. I hate that all the brands dress their players the same. Show some style lol… not on the players I know but just kind of lame to me

  7. Abuser got penalty because judges found efficienct proofs. But his cult will defend him over and over because they love his robotic tennis

  8. I’ve always thought Zverev had the most potential out of anybody besides the big 3 but never quite reached it. That US Open final ruined him. He wins most of his matches playing defensive/nervous now. I wish he played with more passion and more offensive like he used to 3-5 years ago. He had more fire in his belly and seemed to actually try harder than he does now. With a serve like that, BH, defense, he should be beating everyone consistently. The only hole is his FH but I think that’s more due to his nervousness. He doesn’t swing through it enough when he isn’t feeling confident. Hope he fully recovers mentally one day.

  10. It's good to have Zverev back at a good level both physically and mentally. You could tell watching this match that at no point did he feel in danger, regardless of the score at a given time of the occasional great shots coming across the net. Hopefully it takes him far.

  11. Will Zverev have to sell his gold chains to pay his lawyers defending him against his latest domestic violence charge?

  12. Unfortunately America player can only do best maybe get a spot in top 10. There is rarely chance they can win Grad slam. Last time it was Roddick. Long time ago!20 years ago 😭

  13. The young talent in the US has a bright future playing at this level. With more tour experience i can see Michelsen being a difficult draw in some 500s and Slams

  14. Michelsen is a promising player but it's clear that experience won today. Zverev knows the weakness of Mich and he exploited it. Mich needs to improve on his serves and defense. Plus he should time his approach to the net.
