Joe Theismann. Billy Kilmer.
I'm surprised Ryan didn't mention Plaxico Burress for #17's given that he was a Steeler.
I have comps for my two favorite players in this draft. Malik Washington= Steve Smith
Mo Kamara = Dwight Freeny
Jarius wright?
Rick for an $11 sandwich you need to practice the 5 second rule.
Keon Coleman = Sidney Rice
17 Keith Hernandez
Love the bison sweater tuning in from f-m area🔥
Adonai Mitchell = jamar chase
Adonai Mitchell is going to be the best receiver in draft
Lamar can throw the ball way farther than Jayden
Ryan, I understand where you’re coming from with the Keon ARSB thing. You’re not comparing the players, you’re comparing the value/narrative. It’s why I say Kendall Milton is this year’s Pacheco. Going to be a late round pick that hits and hits in a big way. Not necessarily the same type of player, though I think Milton has some of that ‘angry’ running to him.
Dear Ryan, I love the ARSB comp! Even beyond the narrative, while ARSB was slow like Keon, they both show a high percentile short area burst as seen with Keons 20 yard split, vertical and broad jump. While Keon doesnt possess the speed to win vertically all the time, I believe his super upside bet is that he wins in the short area like ARSB. You see that in Keon's special teams ability too, finishing third in the country in punt return yards. That takes a different level of juice. To Ricks point, is there some projection with nuance and technical ability to turn Keon into ARSB? Yes of course. To me, this is a conversation of how you want to mold the ball of clay. What Keon currently is versus what he can be.
Ryan just admit you don't know what you're doing when it comes to comps, man.
What's your favorite pro comp for a prospect in the 2024 NFL Draft class?
