Hey everybody what’s going on Gator here we’re getting into Jake knp full swing action break it down how does he get so much power how does he make those arms whip how he get so much Whip and major major major league stretch shorten cycle stretching muscles like this then they

Come in and gather back in to create that elasticity whip it’s like a uh like a buggy Whip and if you ever seen that you know you don’t have to do much to create an opposite motion to create the snap of a whip so um really fluid swinger somewhere between

Tiger Woods Ben Hogan and boom boom right so how do you create that elasticity and speed that’s the question okay so there’s a stretch shorten cycle meaning stretching muscles tendons really getting stretchy and then they shorten they come in and they gather a lightess to them right so you’re going

Back he is like stretching this arm back as he’s turning moving the club way away from his hands and then in the transition his Trail well I would say his Trail elbows getting way back here and then you’re going to notice the scapula of his right shoulder well

Scapula under the shoulder it goes downward of the spine and also goes to the spine so there’s this like drop this way so it’s almost like it’s always going external always going clockwise okay so there’s nothing going from here there it’s more here and then that way

Where it just retracts and goes down here and then he comes in and just keeps his head back back and whips that thing around with this pivot so there’s some details I’m going to get into now show you Jake as well all right here we go that language swing number one at
