In all you really hope for realistically is that this person still gives you a chance to win right don’t lose the game for us especially the 49ers with how stacked their roster is and yet it’s so whether it’s Sam darnold or Zack Wilson it’s turnover problems darnold had him Zack Wilson has

The same turnover problems okay he has 33 starts in his career he has 25 interceptions in his career and he’s got a bunch of 17 fumbles 17 fumbles and 25 interceptions in 33 starts that’s the exact opposite of what I want from a backup quarterback I don’t want that I don’t want

Seventh round pick to get Zack Wilson which is probably the pick that the 49ers would have used on a quarterback anyway so maybe they think like what’s the difference but I just I don’t like it I want I want boring backup quarterbacks if that makes sense right

Shanahan likes Zack Wilson people may have forgotten this but Kyle actually was in love with Wilson in 2021 when he came out he reportedly was the quarterback that that Kyle liked more than any of them and and don’t forget the ners called every team to try and

Get as high as they could in that draft they called the Jets and tried to get to number two but the Jets w wanted Wilson and they weren’t willing to give it up that’s why the Niners ultimately made the deal with Miami to move up to three

They called the Jets they wanted two and if they had gotten to number two they would have taken Zach Wilson over Trey Lance so Kyle really liked him and I think honestly I think that’s really all that matters when it comes to why the 49ers might be interested in Zack Wilson

Same reason Kyle was interested in Sam Arnold right like he has a type now it’s clear some people like blondes with long legs Kyle Shanahan likes blonde quarterbacks with a lot of turnovers but good arm talent and you could say what you want about Zack Wilson he can throw

The damn ball man he can throw sidearm he can change arm angles he he’s he can do some things with his with his arm Talent the problem is from the neck up with Zach Wilson that’s the real problem it’s not from the neck down physically he can do some impressive things it’s
