Your Most CONSISTENT Golf Swing 100% #shorts #golf #golftips

In the golfers First Lesson I teach the Physical Motion of the Golf Swing begins with the Left INNER HEEL Rolling Inward towards the Right INNER HEEL.

And the Mind Command Words we use for this is Heel-Tic / Heel-Toc

This creates and sets up your Timing and Tempo and gives you a Starting and Ending Point – an Alpha and an Omega.

The opposite is just having the attitude of just Gripping It and Ripping it.

And when it comes to Timing and Tempo you must know the Beat before you start playing your Music. And the Golf Swing is no different.

Now lastly notice that I talk about your Center of Gravity being 100% directly over your Right Inner Heel when you complete your Backswing. 100% is 100%

And be rest assured, Inconsistency happens when this weight gets shifted to the outside of the Right Inner Heel and goes outward towards the outer Right Foot.

For instance if for that day the golfer on every Full Swing Shot has only 10% of that weight go to the outside of the Right Foot then that is going to be a good Consistent day.

But the problem is that for one swing it will be 10% and then the next swing will be 12%, then 9%, etc.  The golfer then scratches his head saying – I’m Never Consistent…..

Thus 100% is 100% which Equals Consistency Big Time.

In the first lesson we talked about inner heel movements now here’s your number one goal when you complete your back swing that 100% of your gravity is on your right inner heel okay and not off your right inner heel so hence I would work on your right buttox dropping

Straight back like a piston and not going on the outside of your foot and definitely not going what they call reverse weight transfer you don’t want to do that it’s straight back loading up now washing closely my head is going to go back slightly okay from the position

Where it started out to load up my right inner heel once that is loaded up my right inner heel bent can roll in and up towards the perfect
