Okay so just a little bit about left superation if you’re not familiar which most people aren’t I meet golfers that have golfed for literally 30 years and they never even knew what left for superation is it’s it’s mind-blowing honestly and so Hogan had this book he says the left wrist begins to supinate
At impact right and you see this picture here of of the left hand and how it’s it’s making this movement this way right he’s TW it’s like he’s twisting his hand under right one of my uh students who’s a doctor at Camp Pendleton said oh the
Dorsum of my hand down right the dorsum down right um you’re going to see some other videos here in a moment that I’m going to show you about this uh watch this there’s a video I’m going to show you of Bryce and Dish and B in a moment
Here and let’s go back to here and so he’s going to come down watch this his Club face is open right now it’s still open still open and look even here look at that the toe is well behind the heel if he leaves it like that we’ve got some
Problems right so watch this watch this it’s getting Square it’s actually Square now and then it stays that way look so he’s Square now let’s go back a moment and let’s instead look at at instead of the club face let’s look at his hand watch his hand look at his left hand it
Hasn’t done anything yet now right here he’s going to start to do the twist watch his left hand here it is he did it you see that that’s the move that has to be done to be able to square up the face okay if you do not supinate you will not Square
The club face okay and so this is where it’s tricky because most people are so right-hand dominant that you know to to to say oh my left hand right it’s like what what you know like it’s like huh my left hand what do you mean I don’t have
A left hand no look uh watch this narrow that angle and actually increase this here but increase how which the C face is open and then rotates it Square through impact what does he mean rotate it Square through impact right his left hand look he’s not
Even using his right hand is off the golf club and his left hand is in this strange position to some and he’s turned look at the club face the toe is crossed the heel there right okay so now that you understand this I’m going to now go
Into some drills and things and stuff that I do to actually help with getting the left hand to be in the correct position

Amazing that i came to this realization yesterday on the last hole. I knew that the shots that went left were caused by my left wrist extending just before impact, but i didnt wanna believe that flexion would be the fix. Well i said "screw it" and focused on wrist flexion while keeping everything else the same. Beautiful 6i into a 183 par 3.
