We have two PGA Tour events this week the signature event with the Arnold Palmer Invitational and everyone else who did not get an invite is playing in Puerto Rico with the Puerto Rican open and we’ve got one bet for each starting with Puerto Rico we have Chan Kim 37 to1
For two units this is a different PGA Tour rookie he already has eight International wins under his belt and when he went to the corn fery tour last year he became only the 12th person to have back-to-back wins later in the year and he’s already started pretty well
This year with a 28th last week at the cognizant AKA Honda Classic and an eighth in Mexico the week prior on his first look at the Puerto Rican open in 2022 he finished in 16th Place so there is Comfort here with these tropical course setups when you add in the
Back-to-back wins the following year on the corn fairy tour you get a much more confident player on a course he already shows he has a liking to so that’s why Chan Kim is on my bet slip for two units at 37 to1 next is the Arnold Palmer in
Ational and I always like betting courses where I’ve picked multiple winners here we were on Martin layard in 2011 and Matt everyy in 2014 this year we hope to get the hattrick with Cory Connor 60 to1 for 1.5 units in his last three starts at Bay Hill he finished 3rd
11th and 21st it’s his ball striking that was and will continue to be key here especially if those Florida winds blow as they should progressively get stronger as the week goes on that kind of makes up for the lack of putting stats however he finished the final
Round round last week with a slightly positive round he is also a two-time winner on Bermuda greens at the Valero Texas open and he is coming off a personal best in three of the last four starts at the cognizant Genesis and AT&T something he didn’t do in those prior
Three starts at Bay Hill where he already finished 7th 11th and 21st so that’s my two picks two units on 37 to1 Chan Kim at the Puerto Rican open and 1.5 units on Cory Connor at the Arnold Palmer Invitational both outright win only and just a reminder this is not
