Have you ever played a hole of golf — or even an entire round of golf — with just one club? Maybe just three clubs? Well, have you ever chosen a putter as a club of choice?
Anthony Griggs has been doing that for the last four years, and the 60-year-old ex-military member won a Golfweek Amateur Tour event by six shots with only a putter in the bag. He shot 84 in a tournament round in Arizona to garner international attention.
Inspired, Ryan Ballengee takes on a hole of golf at his home club with just a putter and sees just how tough it can be to hit every shot with the flat stick.
Have you ever tried something like this? How did you do?
