Rory Rory Rory it just seems like every time we see a big Player move we see a total different 180 opinion from Rory maroy now in the last eight hours Rory maroy has done an interview ahead of playing this week at the AT&T at Pebble Beach one of the huge tournaments and
Yesterday the news broke that till Hatten was 100% confirmed he was joining Liv golf now in this interview he was asked a lot of questions to do with John Ram to do with trell Hatton and we’re going to go through his responses now in these responses we hear his opinion and
His total 180 change on this opinion of should players be punished if they went and played live golf and then we’re allowed to come and play PJ tour we also then hear exactly what he has said to Terell Hatton on the announcement of the news of him joining Liv golf now this is
A breaking new story and if you do enjoy these videos and you want to keep up to date be sure to subscribe and turn the Bell that way you can always keep informed with exactly what’s going on in the golf industry so before we go through exactly what he said I want to
Remind you of a few things that he has said over the last 12 months and what he said recently so overall Rory admits he has changed his tune okay we’ll leave that in there he has also previously said listen to this carefully because this will make sense as we go through
This video he’s also said previously there still has to be consequences for actions so this is within reference for Liv golfers being able to now play on the PJ tour in the light of a merger okay he said there still has to be consequence to actions now if you cast
Your mind back to June the 7th the day that we received and it was revealed that the PJ tour were now negotiating with Liv Golf and the PF fund he he said this the people who left the PGA Tour irreparably harmed this tour started litigation against it we can’t just
Welcome them back in that’s not going to happen now again I’m going to say he has admitted he’s changed his tune but we can’t argue from the facts that is what he has said previously so in the last 8 hours he has performed another total 180 he was asked about terl Hatton and
Whether players should be punished for coming back to play on the PGA tour so this is what he said I think life is about choices said maoy guys make choices to go and play Live guys make choices to stay here if people still are eligible on this tour
And they want to come back and play or you want to try and do something let them come back why honestly right I we’re going to go into this further I get why he’s changing ing his stance he’s almost like trying to draw a line in the sand and
Say that’s what happened let’s move forward let’s just forget all this and I get it I admire him for doing that because he’s going to get slated across all critics across all social media for changing his stance and I I’m going to not going to lie I’m doing that a little
Now but I’m just goinging to give you the facts of what he said previously to what he said now I want to repat I do admire him for sort of changing his stance and sort of saying right let’s draw a lie in the sand but it in my
Opinion to say nothing is a better move to say nothing about people going is a better move because it would take all the attention away from him in the sense of people then wouldn’t be bringing up what he said in the past so he goes on
Fur to say this I think it’s hard to punish people I don’t think that I don’t think there should be a punishment obviously I’ve changed my tune on that because I see where golf is and I see that having a diminished PJ tour and having a diminished Liv tour or anything
Else is bad for both parties do we feel that live golf are now becoming the more of the strong uper hand I don’t think so but I think there’s definitely that worry furthermore he says it would be much better being together and moving forward together to the good of the game
That’s my opinion the faster that we all can get back together and start playing and start to have more stronger Fields possible I think is great for golf complete understand that and I admire him for changing that tune but as I repeat this I think he should just stay quiet now he
Goes on further to say and sort of the reaction to Terell Hatton joining live golf now this was announced yesterday this interview broke eight hours so the time difference it wouldn’t have been too far out from him doing this interview from the live golf announcement that tattan is going to
Start this week join Liv Golf and join John Ram’s team so he said this I think the nature of the conversation was probably different to that would have been a year ago absolutely remember this is in reference to TL Hatton I said to him him being ter hatam just like I said
To John I’m totally supported of your decision if that’s what you feel is the right move for you these are guys that I’ve spent a lot of time with and I guess I’ve said this before but I’ve come to the realization I’m not going to change people’s minds I’m here to just
Try especially when I was at the board level to give them the full picture of where things are at and hopefully where things are going to go they can do with that information what they want but at the end of the day think I’m done with trying to change people’s minds and
Trying to get them to see things a certain way or trying to see things Through My Lens because that’s ultimately not the way the world works again we can’t argue what he’s saying it’s just that it’s just the fact that this has totally changed and I find
It odd one part of me wants to say is he wanting to play live golf one part of me saying does he want some sort of way of doing something with the go I don’t know maybe maybe putting that out of context slightly but what is the
Reason for this apart from drawing a Line in the Sand and maybe that’s all it is now finally he says this these are guys that I respect and that I spent a lot of time with and if that’s what they feel is their best decision for them I
Then I’m going to you know be supportive of that decision and let them go and do their own thing so as you can see here in a recent interview Rory maroy has totally changed his stance on several things he he admits that this interview now would have been different a year ago
And maybe the facts that he’s got have changed slightly but one thing I can tell you right now the golf landscape is changing Liv golf isn’t going anywhere and they’re strengthening their roster we’re hearing that PGA Tour are nearly signing a deal with a American Equity
Fund in order to be part of the PJ tour Enterprises alongside if fund so it’s going to be interesting to see where that goes and what a merger looks like will PJ tour players be allow to play live golf will live go be able to play
PJ Tour on DP wiltor is definitely a changing landscape but one thing I want is right and you probably agree with me here we just want the world’s best players playing golf more often together and that’s all we want because that’s the best for the good of the game thanks
So much for watching and don’t forget to subscribe to the channel so you can keep up to date with all the breaking news

I think he should just stay quiet…what do you think?
There should be consequences?
No. It's a job. In the real world we are free to change jobs without some silly penalty. Golf should be no different.
He’s changing cause he may be wanting to go to liv then he can come and forth .. use common sense it’s not illegal “YET”
I think what you need to consider is most of the time a person’s first reaction is out of ignorance. And you tend to go to the people that share or enforce your opinions because that instinctually the comfortable thing we do. It’s hard to listen to someone else’s views especially when you have to realize you could be wrong.
Not saying that is what is happening with him BUT he did say he finally had a sit down with the LIV side and things changed.
rory has been badly let down by pga, friends, and golfers
He is a slime……what do you expect from him?? BTW, he should be made to crawl and beg to Norman, to be "allowed" to play in LIV. It is the hypocrite PGA tour that needs those LIV guys and not the other way around. All sponsors are showing the finger to the PGA….who will pay to watch some 'unknowns' play in their tournaments!!!!!!
Ha bet feels rite b-lle-d now well backfired on him Mr gold anymore they won't want him there ha but he can win all the dp rolex now cos be only top golferinthem
I wonder if Rory is transitioning, changes his/her/they/them (HHTT) mind more than a teenage girl. Those drugs messing with HHTT mind, it's a reasonable theory and we may see HHTT on the LPGA
why does this guy love LIV golf so much? LIV isnt all that great. In fact, I'd argue it's unwatchable.
Next thing you know, Rory is playing in LIV.
I still don't get why PIF wants this deal with PGA and give up control of LIV. PGA openly said they would destroy LIV once they're in charge.
Unfortunately, Rory will always answer the questions of the press, and i agree that he should have taken this stance originally, instead of being the voice of the PGA, which he really did not want to do. In the end, he will probably never get any sort of “thank you” for what he has done from Monaghan, just another knife in his back. Golf is the bigger picture here, and it is great for those who play LIV, they get to play some of the best golf courses in the world, instead of great to average courses in USA, plus the Majors.
It seems like RORY is undergoing the male version of menopause. He is closing the loop on the five stages of GRIEF. Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance. Rory should EXIT Stage LEFT himself! Quite surprised after all this time he hasn't RETIRED yet….
The players can join any other tour. But consequences for just this one tour
People change their mind all the time. Opinions change in particular as time passes and circumstances change. The last time I looked, this is allowed. I've watched this channel for a time now and can't help but think you've a particular issue with Rory Mcilroy seeing as every time you mention him its with negative connotations. I wonder if it has anything to do with him being Irish and arguably the No1 Golfer in the world. Jealousy and envy are not good traits!!! I don't say things like this lightly but I find it significant that when Tyrell Hatton takes the Saudi Money and defects to the Liv Tour, you decide the real controversial story is Rory changing his opinion. He's not taking the Saudi money and defecting, just changing his opinion. Maybe I'm overthinking it! seems to be a lot of that around.
Rory is a fool. From not knowing who he wants to play for in olympics to liv fiasco. Moron!!
He wants some Dubai Ports coinage in his piggy bank.
Can you imagine in your own life you left your job to go to another company for more money and a year later you wanted to go back to the first company and they told you that your going to have to pay a hefty fine to come back. I think 99.9% of people would say screw you.
You have no idea what changed his stance. Your guessing. Nothing here. Tapping out
What’s the point of LIV golf if LIV players are able to play on the PGA tour?
I understand Rory… he lost his battle and was certainly a scapegoat. PGA Tour let him down but he can not say a word.
Unfortunately the world has lost core values and golf is not an exception (not saying Rory did). I think LIV is a crappy tour; it lacks class and style. But in the end, this is how the world, in general, is falling down. It's all about the money, and that's why I don't criticize the players… in the end, that's their job, and who wouldn't want to earn more?
Firstly initial opinion was backing PGA. PGA governing staff rescinded on the position and left the players, not just Rory, hung out to dry. What he should do now when asked is say the PGA is transitioning and they should ask the playing members who are on the board, as I believe Rory resigned. It's like you saying “ tested the new Callaway Driver and it's the most forgiving” then three weeks later testing the new Ping driver and saying the same – tow the party line. Let's just drop this whole stupid debate – if people want to watch LIV and players whose only goal is money then fine, or let's watch golf – the PGA has suffered because of LIV but needs more match-play events in my opinion. You never know next week I might change my mind!😂
I think he truly speaks from his heart now and not the voice of the PGA. Hats off for that.
He should just refuse to make any comment , cos he just keeps digging his hole deeper and deeper
Makes sense for Rory to play a few LIV events ASAP. My guess is – he will only want to play about 7 PGA events (non majors) per year.
Hes an idiot. Simple
