Dana is being intentionally obtuse, he destroyed nobody. His fighters have no legal protection against Dana for saying whatever they like. He is voluntarily CHOOSING to allow them to say whatever they like. That's the whole point of the question. It's remarkable, so many conservatives, especially American LOVE to talk about free speech yet fail to understand what it actually even is and that it offers NO legal protection from a business. If Dana wanted to tell them what not to say… HE COULD. Complete legally, he could tell them what not to say. But he is CHOOSING not to. And that was the thing the journo is trying to ask… But Dana just being a dick for no reason.
